TMT Consulting believes in and utilizes trauma informed, strength-based, and Family Centered Services for families, individuals, and organizations. The goal is to empower, educate, to increase positive outcomes within our families, organizations, and the community. We believe that clients should be treated with respect in order to promote success for the individuals that we work with. Clients strengths are utilized in order to empower and engage the individuals that we serve.
TMT Consulting exists because the agency goal is to contribute to making Missouri a better place. We believe that if you don’t like your current circumstances, you have to take action in order for change to occur. The expertise within our organization includes more than a decade of experience of working with the public and serving their needs to the highest standard possible. Our organization utilizes empirically based material and are knowledgeable of community resources with the aim of supporting clients on their path to success.
The agency operates with the highest level of integrity and respect to promote growth in personal and social productivity.
